These terms apply to your use of Meridian Hotel Atlas (huxevil.com), published by OMD AS. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Information only
Meridian is an editorial travel guide. It does not sell travel products, take bookings, process payments or give professional advice. Nothing on the site is an offer by any hotel.
2. Accuracy
We work to keep our guides accurate, but details such as room counts, journey times, seasons, temperatures, prices, opening dates, visa and entry rules, health advice and emergency numbers change. Always confirm important information with the hotel, carrier or an official government source before you travel.
3. Planning tools
Our matcher, distance, jet lag, budget and packing tools give general estimates for planning only. Flight times are approximate and the budget planner uses figures you enter yourself.
4. Casino resorts
Some hotels described on the site contain casinos. We provide factual information about them for travellers' awareness only. We do not offer, operate, promote or link to gambling services. Gambling is restricted to adults of legal age (21 at the resorts we describe) and is subject to local law. If gambling stops being fun, seek support: in Singapore call 1800-6-668-668, in the United States call 1-800-GAMBLER, or contact your local support service.
5. Third-party names and links
Hotel, company and award names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subjects of our editorial coverage. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
6. Our content
The text, illustrations and design of this site belong to OMD AS. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. Please don't copy or republish substantial parts, or our illustrations, without written permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
